It’s the season to be jolly! SALES season that is. Not in your favorite shopping street, hell no, I hate actual store sales shopping! Clutter everywhere, people pushing, clothes piled-up like they were made to mop you floors… I’d rather pass on the whole sales thing.
But then there’s the online sales…From the second I get those emails with ‘SALES start at midnight!’ in my overly stocked, especially created for commercial purposes, inbox (that helps to ignore most of the trash they send you), my merry heart skips a beat!
So far, so good. I was able to control myself and only ordered a set of Agent Provocateur lingerie at 60% off!!! Which is a good deal. Other sites haven’t lowered their prices that radically. I do have my eye on a few items, but I’m waiting for the prices to drop. ‘But aren’t you scared they will be gone by then?!’ No, then the item wasn’t meant for me. If I’m not convinced to buy an item at the price they offer it, I don’t buy it. Just like at in store sale shopping, you need to learn to control yourself.
On my bucket list:
- This ochre Isabel Marant sweater and jacket at Bluepoint Store. I could eat that color right up!
- These yummy Reiss Noma pumps.
- THE Chloé tassel loafers. OMG. At Farfetch.
- Ruth made me dream of the Givenchy Nightingale bag, perfect for everyday use…also at Farfetch.
